Executive Assistant
If you love details, have polished communication skills, and bring good energy (pun intended), then keep reading! We’re looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our fearless leader (CEO and Founder) Michelle. We believe that support functions in an organization are critical to success and truly are force multipliers! In this role, you’ll work alongside Michelle in-person to oversee executive scheduling, travel arrangements, event coordination, senior communications, and other ad hoc needs to be the connective tissue that keeps our organization running smoothly. Given how dynamic our business is at this stage, we’ll rely on our EA to be flexible, consistent, and maintain a high level of operational excellence - while keeping things positive! You’ll get to come to fun events, meet incredible people, and be integral to building a new brand taking a category by storm!
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including meetings, emails, calls, family time, and other logistics
- Coordinate calendar management and information flow for CEO to optimize efficiency
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements aligned with CEO preferences
- Provide administrative and office support, such as document creation, filing systems, inbound intake, and database management
- Execute orders for merch, swag, packaging items, and other materials
- Organize and maintain CEO office information including paperwork and communications
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and for the business
- Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to executive level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent workstreams or projects
- Incredible time management and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in G Suite including Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc and Zoom
- Comfortable on social media applications like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and take a proactive approach
- Good energy, positive outlook, and excitement for what we’re building!
- Part time, estimated 20 hours per week to begin with the opportunity to scale up if going well and business needs align
- Payment on monthly retainer
- Ability to be in-person on regular basis (at least twice a week) with Michelle in Boca Raton
- Full time role, remote work
- Willingness to travel as needed for brand events, anticipated approximately once a month

GOOD ENERGY SQUAD
We’re looking for people that are bubbly, excited to chat with strangers, and love sharing healthy product info. As we scale out to more Whole Foods locations, other grocery stores, and many fitness studios, we’re going to have tonsssss of situations where people are looking to sample our products. And we want our GORGIE club front and center! Who better to share our vision, vibe, and sparkling energy than the people that know and love it?! In this role, you will be running point on a sampling or demo experience introducing GORGIE to new people who may have never heard of it! You’ll be the face of the brand and the boots on the ground as we get our cans into many hands.
- Leverage brand guidelines + playbook to oversee tasting experience
- Set up and dismantle tasting popup with provided materials
- Demonstrate brand knowledge and product expertise when explaining brand and answering questions
- Build camaraderie with taste testers who engaged during pop up
- Track taster feedback, pop up learnings, and important experience takeaways
- Share back your learnings with GORGIE leadership
- Take fun content, pictures, videos, etc during the pop up
- Maintain high energy, positivity, and excitement levels, even in the face of sometimes grumbly visitors :)
- Excited about GORGIE and our products!!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong networking and relationship building skills, energetic, motivated, and outgoing
- Proven track record of punctuality and autonomous work
- Experience in customer-facing roles or experiences
- Proactively communicative with distributed, remote teams
- Experience problem solving and thinking on the fly
- Preferred - Prior experience in a CPG brand field role
- Preferred - Access to a car and valid drivers license
- Flexible work schedule depending on the rest of your life!
- Work hours completely dependent on when you sign up for tasting pop ups
- Availability for minimum 2-3 pop ups a week (~2.5 hours each) during the month of Feb
- Compensation on hourly basis per pop up

FIELD SALES

- Identify target list of local brand-aligned cafes, restaurants, fitness studios, etc
- Review target list with Sales Leadership
- Execute sales calls in alignment with guidelines on pricing, narrative, pitch, opportunities
- Demonstrate brand knowledge and product expertise when explaining brand and answering questions
- Track feedback, pending sales opps, closed sales opps
- Share back your learnings and successes with Sales Leadership
- Excited about GORGIE and our products!!
- Proven track record of independent and autonomous work
- Experience in customer-facing sales roles
- Proactively communicative with distributed, remote teams
- Experience problem solving and thinking on the fly
- Flexible work schedule depending on the rest of your life!
- Compensation based on commission structure with closed sales
- Potential to grow into regional leadership role as business scales
