These have the cyanocobalamin form of B12, instead of methylated B12! This is SO BAD FOR YOU!!! I’ve reached out to the company, but yet to get a response! No energy drinks are good for you, but I’d suggest looking for one with methylated B12; Ghost energy is one example.

The Fruit Punch is my personal favorite! I had been looking for a clean drink alternative to my usual Energy Drinks and this one came up on my Yuka under recommended and having a "Good" rating! They don't hurt my stomach, don't give me jitters and do not make me break out. I recommend these to anyone and everyone.
